So I spent all evening yesterday in my first across-town scavenger hunt with my friends. The first location we thought of was the mall, a perfectly logical place to find several things on our list (by taking pics of them, we weren't gonna steal them). So we strolled, or rather ran like heck, in there and began taking pictures. 5 minutes later, a mall cop stopped us, made us delete the pictures on the camera, and booted us out. Apparently it had something to do with copyright infringement. :/

Undeterred, we once again ran through the mall door and began to look (or rather search around frantically) for other places around town to go and find stuff; mall cop free. After finding most of the things on our list and, we had to get a picture of our entire team in a basket. So we zoomed over to Albertsons, ran over to the nearest shopping cart and climbed in. :3
People were staring at us, driving by slowly to spectate what seemed to be a bunch of drunk teens fooling around. Psh. THERE'S SUCH A THING AS HAVING FUN PEOPLE.

Anyway, after that we realized we were almost out of time and had to scram to the rendevous (a Dairy Queen) without completing our list. We were the first ones back, and so proceeded to celebrate when no one else arrived in the next 15 minutes. Little did we know, the deadline had been moved ahead 30 minutes, so everyone else technically arrived back on time with a completed list. D:<

We put all the pics on a laptop and watched a slideshow. The other teams had just gone into a Wal-Mart to get most everything on their list. Sickening. Where was their sense of fun and adventure? How could they possibly not have wanted to run around town like deranged lunatics? But oh well, it was their loss.

Oh and by the way, if you ever build a human pyramid in front of a Verizon store, you will be envied by the employees.
